“Chimney leaked every heavy rain for a year. Two roofers ‘fixed’ it with caulk. These guys cut the counter flashing into the mortar like it should be — dry ever since, and they showed me photos of every step.”

“Honest and fast. Quoted me in writing, finished the valley repair the same afternoon, and told me NOT to replace flashing that still had years left. That honesty earned a customer for life.”

“Skylight drip ruined our ceiling paint. They found a cracked flashing kit, replaced it, and leak-tested it with a hose in front of me. Clean, professional, fair price.”

“The only company around that does ONLY flashing — and it shows. They found a missing kickout flashing that two other companies walked right past.”

“Emergency call at 9pm during a storm. Patched the same night, permanent repair two days later, one fair written price for both visits.”
